furniture in and outdoor, customized automotive, using any kind of yarns, trimmings, pearls, paillettes,
and interpreting each design with different techniques: from thread embroidery, to trimming embroidery, cornely,
pattern quilting design, up to applications, engravings, hand carving and laser cutting.

PROTOTYPE AND YIELD TESTS
Starting from the required color
and material characteristics, we proceed
with the prototyping of the embroidery.
Our specialized operators carry out yield tests with different material and color variants.
The interconnection between the different departments allows to optimize the embroidery by making the necessary defect modifications within the required timing.

SAMPLING PHASE
As soon as the features are approved,
we proceed with the sampling
of the selected variants.
We can study the placement directly on the paper pattern or on the size template received, we can plan the processes to be carried out on a panel or allover depending on need of each sector.

PRODUCTION
Each processing phase
comes performed internally
in compliance with customer needs.
Our computerized machinery multi-heads can achieve multiple color and material variants at the same time, and they come calibrated according to each type of material and processing.
